A majority of Vault Aviation’s client prefer to pay via bank wire transfer. We also accept all major credit cards. We require payment in full prior to the date of departure. If your trip is last minute, Vault Aviation can place a hold on your credit card for the amount of the flight, and will allow you to wire the funds after the trip.

Vault Aviation’s quotes are inclusive of the (1) Aircraft Cost, (2) Pilot/Crew Fees, (3) Fuel Surcharge and (4) Landing Fees. For Heavy Cabin aircraft which include a flight attendant, the cost will also be factored into the quote.

Quotes will also display the 7.5% Federal Excise Tax and a $4 per person domestic segment fee. For international flights – all international handling fees will be included in the price along with a $17.70 per person international segment fee.

Quotes do not include incidental charges, such as catering and ground transportation. Vault Aviation will invoice you for any catering or ground transportation charges (at cost) after the conclusion of the trip. The client will also be invoiced after the trip for any additional fees – such as deicing fees or hangar fees for flights in colder climates.

Vault Aviation does not own or operate any aircraft. We are a private jet charter brokerage that negotiates and facilitates each flight on behalf of our clients. The aircraft operators maintain operational control of flights at all times. Vault Aviation only uses operators that comply with all FAA mandates, have a Part 135 Charter Certificate and meet ARGUS and/or Wyvern safety standards. We pride ourselves on truly being available 24/7/365 and constantly update our clients on any and all issues related to the aircraft or weather. Rest assured, all clients will be FULLY informed by Vault of all pertinent details about the aircraft, the weather and the flight plan prior to takeoff.

Prior to the date of your trip: Vault Aviation will provide you with a full itinerary that lays out all of the details of your trip. The itinerary will include directions to the airport and list which FBO you will depart out of and arrive into.

When you arrive at the FBO: You can check in with the front desk and they will allow you to drive your car directly up to the plane where you will be greeted by a number of crew members who will assist you in loading all of your luggage onto the plane. After your car is unloaded, you can either park it in the FBO parking lot or park your car in the operator’s hangar. Tipping airport personnel and crew members is entirely discretionary – but is in no way expected.

Once you arrive at your destination: Vault Aviation can arrange for a car service to meet you at the FBO or arrange for a rental car to be delivered to the FBO for you. During the entire process, Vault Aviation will be available to you 24/7 to answer any questions that may arise.
