Most Popular US Private Jet Charter Routes [& Flight Times]

Private jet travel continues to become more and more popular for business and pleasure. But if you’ve ever wondered which locations have the most private jet traffic in and out, or which US routes are most popular – then read on!

Private Jet Charter Routes Between Texas Cities & DC

Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Washington DC are strong contenders for the most popular routes, as multiple points in Texas and our nation’s capital continue to climb as popular destinations and starting points.

Houston to Washington takes three hours, which is a pleasant middle-ground for a flight – not too long or too short – making it a common route for vacations, sports fans, sports team owners and players alike, as well as business needs. And when you add Austin and Dallas, major Texas cities, you have multiple routes between Texas and DC in our most popular list.

Private Jet Charter Routes from New York & Chicago

Have you ever tried to fly out of O’Hare on a Saturday in the summer? Don’t. Its three busiest days (2,700+ flights) fall on summer Saturdays. Instead of the crowds, enjoy a private jet and the ease of flying with Vault Aviation!

New York and Chicago, two of the most iconic skylines in the US, are also popular routes for private jet charters (both ways). Though this is a short flight (1.5-2 hours), it’s often flown to get from one business capital to another, or one office to another. And because private jet charters save you even more time, you can hop between these two business giants without all the hassle of commercial airlines, commercial airports, or baggage claims.

Private Jet Charter Routes from New York & LA

Flying across the US has never been more enjoyable than this 4.5-hour flight from New York to LA (or LA to New York). This is the perfect private jet route for people looking to see both coasts on the same day!

Whether you’re flying for work or fun, this route is popular for both reasons, as it connects two of the largest leisure and business hubs in the US.

New York to Washington Private Jet Charter Routes

Yes, another New York! Many private jet charter routes originate from or land in New York City. But according to industry leaders, the New York to Washington flight route is the most popular private jet route in the US overall – over 5,000 private flights each year.

This route is great for growing businesses, established businesses, leisure, and more! In addition, New York to Pittsburgh and Detroit, and other growing business cities are increasing each and every year also!

Private Jet Charter Routes to Colorado Are Still Growing!

From skiing to business, hiking, entertainment, and sports, many of the cities in Colorado (like Denver or Aspen) are climbing our most popular private jet charter destinations list. We love visiting Colorado throughout their seasons!

We’ve been doing this a while, and we’ve seen the trends fluctuate but we’ve also seen some stay steady. So, if you are looking for a route to NYC, Chicago, Washington, LA, or any of the great Colorado and Texas cities you’ve seen on our best list, contact Vault Aviation to learn more about our competitive pricing and outstanding luxury!

Frequently Asked On Demand Private Jet Charter Questions:

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost of a charter flight is determined by three main variables: 1. the size and associated hourly rate of the aircraft, 2. the length of the flight (total flight hours), and 3. the duration length of the trip (the number of days).

The hourly rate of an aircraft is determined by dozens of different variables. Generally, a newer plane will have a higher hourly rate than an older plane and a bigger plane will have a higher hourly rate than a smaller plane.

The following prices are general approximate hourly prices for each class or size of private jet:
  • Light Jet | 4-7 Passengers | $3,000 – $4,500/hr
  • Midsize Jet | 7-8 Passengers |$3,500 – $6,000/hr
  • Super Midsize Jet | 8-9 Passengers | $4,500 – $8,000/hr
  • Heavy Cabin Jet | 10-15 Passengers | $5,000 – $10,000/hr

The lower end of the range of the hourly rates would apply to Round Trip flights whereas the higher end of the range would apply to One-Way flights.

What Is Included in the Price?

Vault Aviation’s All-Inclusive, or “All-In”, quotes are inclusive of the aircraft cost, the pilot/crew fees, fuel surcharge, and landing fees. For heavy cabin aircraft which include a flight attendant, the cost will also be factored into the quote.

All-In prices will also include the 7.5% Federal Excise Tax and the per passenger domestic segment fee. For international flights – all international customs and handling fees will be included in the price along with the per passenger international segment fee.

The only things our quotes do not include are incidental charges, such as catering or ground transportation. And the only additional charges that may occur are de-icing fees, and international Wi-Fi charges if you use Wi-Fi overseas. However, whenever possible, Vault will comp these costs for our clients as well.

How Do I Pay?

The majority of Vault Aviation’s clients prefer to pay via bank wire transfer. We also accept all major credit cards.

Vault requires payment in full 72-hours prior to the date of departure. If your trip is last minute, Vault Aviation can place a hold on your credit card for the flight and will allow you to wire the funds after the trip. Vault will also hold funds on file for frequent flyers and apply the funds to each trip as they happen if requested.

Who Owns the Planes and Employs the Pilots?

Vault Aviation does not own or operate any aircraft. We are a private jet charter brokerage that acts as an agent to negotiate and facilitate each flight on behalf of our clients. This means you are our priority, not our planes or deals with operators.

Vault Aviation sources aircraft from a select network of operators which comply with all FAA mandates, have a Part 135 Charter Certificate, and meet ARGUS and/or Wyvern safety standards. The aircraft operators and flight crews maintain operational control of flights at all times. The operators employ the pilots and provide aircraft maintenance. Upon request, Vault can generate reports that detail pilot credentials and verify aircraft maintenance records.

Is There Security/TSA Screening?

Simply put, no.

One of the major benefits of flying private is not having to deal with the hassles of TSA security screenings. When you arrive at the airport, your pilots will simply check your photo ID and verify that you are on the passenger manifest for the flight. No need to worry about “random” bag checks or pat-downs.

For international flights, customs is a much easier process as well. In some locations, a customs agent will come on board your plane and clear you and your passengers immediately. At other locations, you will be escorted to a private customs facility for expedited screening.

Can I Get a Rental Car at a Private Airport?

Yes! At almost all airports, Vault can arrange for a rental car to be waiting planeside for you.

Usually, you will just be required to fill out a basic rental contract and you will be on your way. If you flew in commercial and got your rental car from the main airport, Vault can almost always arrange for you to just drop the car off at the FBO and leave the keys with the front desk and have the rental company pick up the car for you.

What Is an “FBO”?

FBO stands for Fixed Base Operator, which is the term used for the private airport facility where your plane will depart.

Popular FBOs include Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation. So when we tell you that your plane departs out of Signature or Atlantic, those are the FBO’s.

Meet Vault Aviation | Your Most Customizable Private Jet Charter

On Demand jet charters aren’t actually a new idea, however, the way Vault Aviation operates is very new – and improved.

Private jet chartering with an On Demand method truly took off after it had a major facelift about a decade ago. This major facelift included more emphasis on convenience, customization, and, of course, the client.

These customization trends continue today, which is why our On Demand private jet charters are the clear winners in the private flight industry.

We do all the research and legwork for you to make sure you get only the best quality, value, and experience – every time. All with no extra fees and no confusion.

That’s the Vault Aviation On Demand promise.

The Vault Jet Story

Co-Founders Weston Hull and Paul Taskalos have been best friends since meeting in eighth grade. The pair attended the University of Notre Dame before taking separate career paths. Prior to entering the private aviation industry, Weston worked for an NFL Sports Agency, where he honed his client relations skills. Paul began his career as a litigation attorney, handling complex issues daily.

Weston and Paul combined their unique skill sets to create a private jet charter company that is truly On Demand and client centered. Vault Aviation uses some concepts from the sports world, like the agent’s fiduciary duty to his client. And we use skills from the legal world too, like advocating zealously for our clients when we source and price private charter jets.

Why Fly Vault Aviation?

While other private jet companies in Dallas harass you with pushy sales pitches and emails that land in your spam folder, Vault’s private jet advisors act like advocates on your behalf.

We are one of the top private jet companies in Dallas because we treat you like we’re on your team – not the team of the private jet owner. Our advisors are trained not as expert sales manipulators, but as agents, securing the safest luxury options at competitive prices which we negotiate down in your favor.

Vault Aviation has access to private jets available for charter around the globe. We put the world’s best people on the world’s best private planes at prices our negotiators work hard to secure.

With Vault, you’ll get the following:

Our On Demand Private Jet Model

Vault Aviation’s On Demand private jet charter model provides all the benefits of aircraft ownership without the headaches. On Demand allows you to fly where you want, when you want, on whatever plane you want. Whether you fly once a year for vacation or once a week for business, Vault’s On Demand program has a solution for everyone’s needs.

Our Max Jet Card

The Vault Aviation MAX Jet Card uses fixed hourly rates to calculate the maximum amount you’d have to pay for a flight. Vault uses the same process to source aircraft for MAX Jet Card members that it uses to source aircraft for our On Demand flights. The end result is almost always being able to provide MAX Jet Card members with a price that is below their fixed rates.

Vault Is Not Only the First On Demand Private Jet Broker We Are Your Top Private Jet Broker!

The Best Private Flight Option for You (Full Ownership, Fractional Ownership, or Charters)

Studying your expected utilization, preferences, geographic considerations, security, and personal needs can be a great way to learn which private flight option is the best for you.

Let’s learn about each to see which match your needs best!

Full Ownership

Whole aircraft, or partner ownership, provides instant access to private air travel, and this is what many people still think of when talking about flying privately.

The advantages are clear for owning your own private jet – you fully own it, meaning you have full control over times, dates, customer services, amenities, personalized features, and frequency.

But there is always a downside.

Whole or full ownership also means you have only one aircraft to fit all flight needs, which translates to no multi-departures or availability during maintenance. Additionally, there are extra repositioning fees, high initial cost on the investment, depreciation, and high capital at low levels of use.

Now, this is where the flyer must decide if they feel the positives outweigh the negatives or if another option might fit their needs more accurately.

For some clients, whole ownership and the associated fees such as $700,000 to $4 million in maintenance or continued costs per year are not considered too steep for the convenience of having your own private aircraft. However, for others, this is not the case and a marriage between needs and wants must be found.

Partial Ownership

Fractional or partial ownership is most commonly associated with NetJets, introduced in 1986, and Warren Buffett. This form of private jet travel was the standard for many years if you didn’t want to own a plane or didn’t use private air travel enough to warrant such a large purchase – both upfront and in operating costs.

Fractional ownership can most easily be explained as if you are buying a share of a fleet or plane, but issues similar to timeshares can come up because of this, in particular, the sharing part. If you are spending at the very least 100,000 dollars, then often the fractional owners have difficulties agreeing on usage times, dates, and heavy-flying periods, even if your fleet is large.

Additionally, usually, there is a time commitment involved, anything from 3-7 years, which might not be convenient for all fractional owners. How can you know your travel needs for the next 5 years? What if you find yourself needing more in-air hours or fewer? What if you will require international private jet flights and your company doesn’t cater to that need? Or what if you find the service or aircraft not up to expected standards? What can be done when you are in a long-term relationship with an expensive partner.

It is important to note as well that there is a higher cost at a higher level of utilization for most fractional ownerships, meaning those who use private jets often are not getting the best deal from fractional ownership.

On Demand Private Jet Charters

On Demand private jet charters have been around as long as the idea of owning a private jet, however, their practices have improved so vastly in recent years that the private jet chartering business is nearly unrecognizable from its former self.

In large part, this is due to private jet brokerage companies getting their technology, customer services, and inventory aligned with the needs of their clientele. However, there are downsides to this seeming jack-of-all-trades, like a lack of availability if your broker doesn’t have a long reach or many contacts in the industry to call on when flights are thin.

Going along with the above, if your broker is not full-service, you might just have to book through multiple operators – costing you more of your time, effort, and energy. This is why it is imperative to find yourself working with a full-service broker who is able to find whatever you want, whenever you want it, and do it all themselves.

Benefits of On Demand Private Jet Charters:

  • No investment in a depreciating asset
  • No fixed costs or fees
  • No contracts or time commitments
  • Only pay for the hours you use
  • More flexibility for changes in hours, days, number of flights, or aircraft desired
  • Lowest cost for flyers of 50-500 hours per year

Cons of On Demand Private Jet Charters:

  • Less control over availability if your broker isn’t well connected
  • Might need several operators if your broker isn’t full-service
Contact Vault Aviation if an On Demand Private Jet Charter sounds like the right option for your private flight needs!

Most Common Private Jet Charter Questions

Whether it’s your first time flying on a private jet charter or you are a frequent flyer, you may have some questions about the differences between private and commercial flights.

Here are the most common questions our guests have about their private jet charter flights.

Do You Check Your Bags on a Private Flight?

Nope! Much better than commercial airlines, your luggage on a private flight will be scanned quickly and taken right to the plane, so there are no lines or waiting to check your bag. Private jet charter flights are made to save you time and stress every step of the way, which means much less waiting around.

The amount of luggage you can bring depends on the size of the aircraft and the number of passengers, but we’ll get to that next.

How Much Can You Bring on a Private Flight?

The rule of thumb is one bag per person/seat on the aircraft. Light Jets can hold approximately 5 to 6 people, so that means 5 to 6 pieces of luggage. Mid Size Jets can accommodate 7 or 8 people and pieces of luggage. Super-Mid Size Jets can hold about 9 pieces of luggage. And Heavy Jets can hold approximately 11 to 15 pieces of luggage depending on the size of the jet.

If it’s only you and maybe one other on a Mid Size Jet, that means you can bring a lot! But check with the other people in your party to see what they are bringing to be sure there is enough space and that you don’t exceed the weight limit for the plane. Also, make sure to pack in soft sided bags (not heavy hard plastic suitcases!) because they are easier to fit and arrange in the cargo area.

Can You Bring Anything on a Private Jet?

With a private jet charter, you don’t have to follow many of the rules that commercial airlines have in place, such as not bringing liquids on board. You’re welcome to bring your shampoo, conditioner, lotions, cologne, perfume, water bottles, medications, even your favorite beverages. While all of the private planes that we charter provide drinks and snacks, we’re always happy to arrange any additional catering that you’d like.

Lastly, remember laws still exist, and any people or bags can be searched. So don’t get too crazy with what you bring on board!

Do You Need a Passport on a Private Jet?

Well, yes.

All international flights have the same immigration process, and therefore a passport is still needed. The only difference is that on a private jet flight, these checks are much faster and easier than commercial airline flights. Depending on the country you’re traveling to, there may also be additional forms that you need to fill out, but we’ll let you know before you travel.

Do You Tip on a Private Jet Charter?

This might be a surprise, but yes – you absolutely can! Though it is not expected, it is appreciated (as long as the company’s policy allows it).

Tipping private jet pilots can vary from a box of chocolates, a bottle of champagne, or cold hard cash. A safe bet for cash tips is around 5% of the charter price. So, if a one-way charter is $4,000 to $13,000, that means your tip could range from $200 to $650 if you decide to leave one.

Is it Cheaper to Rent or Buy a Private Jet?

While a private jet rental is more expensive than flying on a commercial flight, even first or business class, it is much cheaper than buying your own jet . By renting a private jet you don’t have to worry about maintenance and fuel, hangar rental, and staffing fees. You just get on and go!

Flights on private jet charters are charged by the hour, and prices greatly vary depending on the size of the plane, the length of the flight, and the number of passengers.

How Expensive is it to Charter a Private Jet?

Before taxes and fees, you can expect to pay per hour. The price could be anywhere between $1,500 and $4,000 per flying hour on a turboprop private jet, $4,000 to $8,000 for a mid-size up to a super-mid-size jet, and $8,500 to $13,000 (and up) per hour for the largest and most luxurious private jets.

But if you want you’re a specific price, then contact Vault Aviation so we can learn more about your trip! Fly Like a Champion with Vault Jet and join the family!

6 Things to Know Before Your Private Jet Flight

The world of private jet travel might be common for some, but everyone had a ‘first flight’ at some point, which means everyone had to learn etiquette and norms at some point. But we decided to make it easy for any first or new private jet flyers by compiling 6 things to know before you charter a private jet!

From private jet charter etiquette to common concerns and questions – Vault Aviation has got you covered!

1. Yes, Private Jet Charters Are As Safe As ‘Normal’ Air Travel

No need to worry, private jet charters are just as safe (if not safer) than commercial air travel. This is because of the many ways private jet charters are vetted and checked before flights, as well as having their crew and pilots checked and approved.

Plus, you know who and what is on the plane with you – a much smaller group of individuals you know – which adds security, privacy, and enjoyment.

2. Let the Host Set the Tone

Did you charter this flight or did your business, boss, or friend? It is common etiquette that the person paying for the flight, or who coordinated it, gets their choice of seat and will set the tone of the flight. Is this a work trip or for leisure? Will it be music, drinks, and conversing, or reading, napping, and relaxation?

Additionally, if you are a guest on a private jet with extra amenities like a shower or bed, those are for the host unless offered to you.

3. Be Honest About Your Flight Experience

Don’t worry if your host or others in your group have more private jet experience than you do – that’s fine, just don’t swing too far the other direction and overdo it by getting too excited either. A nice, happy medium is always the best choice.

Just like most situations in life, be polite, be gracious, be grateful, and you’ll have no troubles.

4. Some Of The Rules Are More Flexible…Except the Ones Put In Place By the Host or the Captain

Though you still have to abide by the FAA rules and regulations, there is more flexibility when flying private. Of course, stay away from illegal activities, as those are still illegal in the air. But truly, one of the wonderful things about private air travel is that it is up to that flight to decide what is ok and what is not.

Standing, walking, the use of electronic devices or cell phones, pets, drinks, food, masks, and so on – you have a lot more freedom on a private jet charter than you do on commercial airlines.

5. Be Aware of Timing

If you are told to be somewhere at a certain time and you are a guest and not the host, then be sure to stick to that timeline. Usually, 30 minutes before departure time is a good ballpark to arrive.

However, if this is your private jet charter, and something comes up, just reach out to Vault Aviation and let us know – we can absolutely be flexible with you and make your timelines work!

6. Be Respectful of the Crew

Yes, the crew is there to serve you, but being respectful and keeping your manners shows a world of class. It is also common to bring a small gift for the host if you are a guest on the flight or leave a tip for the pilot or crew.

Though not required or expected, these don’t have to be large showings, but a nice bottle of wine for your host or a tip up to 5% for the Captain isn’t uncommon.

Why Are Businesses Choosing Private Jet Charters in 2021?

As states and cities open back up for in-person business, work, and meetings, as well as larger events like conferences, there have also been a large uptick in travel, both local and national. This is, of course, to be expected, as last year was the year of Zoom calls, remote learning, and very little travel – especially for business.

But what is in store for the second half of 2021? Much of the same? Many researchers think the opposite and that 2021 will see an increase in private flight alongside commercial.

Let’s see a few reasons why the Vault Aviation team thinks this research is spot on.

Why Will Businesses Choose Private Jet Charters in 2021?

1. Rollover Travel Budgets from Last Year

Most medium-to-large companies and corporations have a travel budget, whether this is for conferences or meetings across the state or country. These budgets may be for their C-Suite executives or employees who are presenting their work at a symposium.

However, these travel budgets went largely unused last year. This means many companies not only have to make up some of those travel hours due to contracts or keeping clients happy, but they also have the funds and travel budgets to double up their travel.

Other companies have mandatory training for new-hire management positions, but again, many of those were pushed back last year. This means that even managers who have been with the company for a year may find themselves flying out to a ‘new-hire training’ per their contract or the protocols of the company.

This makes private jet charters a big option for companies in the latter half of 2021, as it allows for greater flexibility and a better bottom line than partial or full ownership.

2. Employee Appreciation

Last year was difficult for every worker in America, but that didn’t mean work stopped. Many employees had to adapt, swivel, and put in extra hours, along with the difficulties inherent in a pandemic, in order to help their businesses or departments weather the storms of 2020.

And this did not go unnoticed.

Whether it is a ‘yearly trip’ that got postponed and is now doubled or a bonus for a hard year of work, many businesses want to give perks to their employees and management who stuck around and kept them afloat, even in times of uncertainty.

What is a better perk and a better way of saying ‘we appreciate you’ than upgrading a normal trip or travel to a private jet charter! Many companies set goals and incentives for sales or performance of branches, and a private jet charter with your whole team to an event, a vacation, or even a paid conference for continued education or awards is a great way to say ‘thank you.’

3. Safety & Ease

Finally, one of the largest reasons that businesses are choosing private jet charters over other air travel is for the safety and ease it allows.

All of the aircraft that Vault Aviation charters are required to be piloted by two highly experienced pilots: a Pilot-In-Command (PIC) and Second-In-Command (SIC). Additionally, Vault Aviation also references Wyvern Safety Ratings as an additional layer of safety.

Wyvern allows secondary audits to be performed on all operators, aircraft, and pilots that we use. This “PASS” report details everything from pilot hours to medical certifications, and the following information is included in every “PASS” report:

  • Verification that a charter operator holds a current Air Operating Certificate
  • Verification that the aircraft being chartered is listed on the air carrier’s Operations Specifications
  • Confirmation of current insurance for the aircraft
  • Confirmation that each crew member’s experience meets a specific safety standard
  • Confirmation that each crew member’s medical and license information is current
  • Confirmation that the operator has Civil Aviation Authority approval for international operations at chosen locations

Not only do our private jet charters have more stringent safety protocols than most commercial airliners, to begin with, but they are also far less crowded and, therefore, less likely to spread COVID among the passengers in the airport by waiting in lines or touching public spaces.

And as for ease of travel – there is a reason why almost anyone would rather travel on a private jet charter than a commercial airline, even in business or first class. You get to skip all the lines and wait, you have more space, and you get to share the space with those you know, not 200+ strangers.

Of course, private jet charters are luxurious and desired, but their flexibility, safety, and ease are quickly topping the list of private flight benefits for many business travelers.

Vault Aviation | Our Available Private Jet Charters

At Vault Aviation, we have strong connections throughout the industry, which means we have access to a huge selection of On Demand private jet charter types and sizes!

Learn more about each of our jet options, like light jets, midsize jets, super-midsize jets, heavy cabin jets, or turboprops. We know that we will find the perfect size, style, and priced jet for your travel needs.

Vault Aviation | Our Light Jets

Light jets are one of the most common cabin classes chosen by private flyers across the world. Due to the combination of competitive price points and the convenience of flying private, flying with a light jet is the perfect choice for shorter flights or clients on a tighter budget.

Newer light jets provide luxury and technology not previously available outside of the more expensive, larger private jets.

Passenger Capacity: 4 to 7                      Range: Up to 3.5 hours nonstop

Primary Benefits

  • Low hourly rates
  • Faster than similar-sized turboprop aircraft
  • Ability to land on shorter runways

Vault Aviation | Our Midsize Jets

For clients seeking more space, speed, and range, a midsize jet will offer a step up in each key area compared to a light jet. Midsize jets continue to make up a large segment of the modern charter market, with many in this category providing coast-to-coast range and in-flight Wi-Fi.

Although hourly rates are higher than light jets, midsize jets remain an affordable option for private fliers seeking the total package of comfort and luxury.

Passenger Capacity: 6 to 8                      Range: Up to 5 hours nonstop

Primary Benefits

  • Relatively low hourly rates
  • Coast-to-coast capabilities
  • Many equipped with Wi-Fi
  • Affordable blend of comfort and luxury

Vault Aviation | Our Super Midsize Jets

Super midsize (super mid) jets offer an impressive range, large cabin interiors, and excellent baggage capacity. Super mids are the ideal choice for coast-to-coast travel and longer international flights. Most super mids offer complimentary Wi-Fi and in-cabin entertainment systems.

The super-midsize category continues to emerge as the preferred option for clients looking for the perfect balance of high-end performance and luxury without the ultra-high-end price tag.

Passenger Capacity: 8 to 9                      Range: Up to 7 hours nonstop

Primary Benefits

  • Coast-to-coast range (in all weather conditions)
  • Excellent baggage capacity
  • Tall and wide-bodied cabin interiors

Vault Aviation | Our Heavy Cabin Jets

Heavy cabin jets are considered the gold standard in the private aviation industry. Rappers rap about them, celebrities take selfies on them, and business titans make billion-dollar deals on them. The combination of size, range, and luxury makes heavy cabin jets your home in the sky

Heavy jets offer wide-bodied stand-up cabins with endless seating arrangements. Some heavy cabin jets have “split cabins” which separate the main cabin from a private room that will usually have a bed. Some even have full-size showers on board! A heavy cabin jet is a perfect choice to accommodate a large group on a cross-country or overseas journey.

Passenger Capacity: 10 to 16                 Range: 7 to 15 hours nonstop

Primary Benefits

  • Nonstop cross-country/overseas capabilities
  • Large cabin interiors
  • Personal flight attendant
  • Lay flatbeds for up to 6 passengers

Vault Aviation | Our Turboprops

A staple in the oil and gas industry and in mountainous regions, turboprop aircraft provide access to remote areas which do not have a major airport close by. With the ability to land on airstrips as short as 2,500 feet, turboprop aircraft are the workhorses that will get you exactly where you need to be.

While turboprops aren’t usually associated with luxury, newer models such as the King Air 350 and Pilatus PC-12 have cabin interiors that rival light jet aircraft in size and luxury. Turboprops are often the most cost-effective option for private charters.

Passenger Capacity: 4 to 8                      Range: Up to 3 hours nonstop

Primary Benefits

  • Great runway performance
  • Lowest price point
  • Luxurious interiors on newer models

Perks of Traveling with On Demand Private Jet Charters

Superior Comfort

Let’s talk amenities.

The experience of flying on an On Demand private jet charter is far superior to commercial flights, of course, but the services, flexibility, and customization are worlds apart as well.

“Even first or business class cannot give you the sky-high service and individualization that our On Demand Private jet charters can – because even in first or business class, the staff is still waiting on 10-30 others!”

On our private jet charters, you can customize your experience with the food, drink, company, plane, entertainment, luggage, and even pets without all the fuss of commercial airlines.

Time-Saving Every Step of Your Travel

Time is money, so why not skip the long lines, waits, delays, boarding, deplaning, and cancelations that come with commercial airlines and those massive airports. Instead, consider all the time you save with an On Demand private jet charter. And we aren’t talking about saving a few minutes here or there, we are talking about hours, multiple hours.

Take a look at this example of the time you could save on an On Demand private jet charter vs first-class commercial flight:

Safety is Our Top Priority

Vault Aviation exclusively charters aircraft that have been audited by The Aviation Research Group US (“ARGUS”) or Wyvern, ensuring that you are safe from takeoff to touchdown.

Each operator we work with provides us with their latest records before each and every flight, to prove that they are cleared before they ever get on the runway. Additionally, prior to all flights, we request an ARGUS TripCHEQ as well, to make sure that not only the operator, but the aircraft, crew, and trip meet ARGUS’ and our high standards as well.

Get Better Value with a Private Jet Charter Broker

Vault Aviation is a private jet charter brokerage. This means we do not own or operate the aircraft that we charter. Instead, Vault has an extensive network of over 5,000 safety-audited aircraft around the world.

So, instead of us owning the private jet charters you fly on and therefore having our priorities split between you and our own profits, we only focus on you and your trip, your time, and your enjoyment. We aren’t trying to book one of our jets back to back to maximize our profits, instead, we search out the best deal for you, ensuring that you are our priority, and leveraging our many connections to find you the perfect private jet charter for your needs.

Fly Like a Champion on an On Demand Private Jet Charter With Vault Aviation

Vault Aviation isn’t just another private jet charter brokerage or another private jet charter company in general. We are transparent and treat you like friends and family, caring about safety, value, and experience above all else.

We are the type of On Demand private jet charter you want to work with, because we are brokers (not owners looking out for our own bottom line and jet use) and we are well-connected, making your flights seamless and taking care of every aspect for you.

We have been recognized again and again for our service, our safety, and the ease in which we get you to your destination – and those are the reasons we are your premier On Demand private jet charter brokers.
